Order Shipping

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via #UPS/DHL/Fedex. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process your order. 

Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees. We do not provide estimated of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of China as these are specific to each destination country.

International orders are shipped only when all orderd items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge.

- Order amount >=150$: FREE

Returns

International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order on our websete all international customers agree to these terms.

Please note

The pandemic slowed down the airport processing speed due to the airport is short of workers to pack/unpack each shipment and pallet. It takes about 20 days from China to the US for example.

You will receive your order anywhere from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
